I spent several years as a Regimental Collections Officer for the Lincolnshire Regiment and Lincolnshire Yeomanry. During this time I became very familiar with the regiment and its associated records including the WW1 War Diaries. I'm particularly interested in the WW1 era and visit Ypres most years to increase my knowledge and understanding of the British Army during that particular conflict.
I am also more than happy to research the both the Lincolnshire Regiment & Lincolnshire Yeomanry in any era.

As a former regimental curator, I have many years of experience in interpreting military records, particularly in the realm of military ancestors. My specific interest lies in Lincolnshire military research, but I am well-versed in research across the UK.
I have a personal connection to the Royal Artillery, as my Great Grandfather served as a Warrant Officer. I have completed several commissions for clients involving Royal Artillery service personnel from both WW1 and WW2 research.
Additionally, I am intrigued by the Machine Gun Corps, who were stationed at Belton House, near Grantham, Lincolnshire during the First World War. Belton House is now a National Trust property where I work part-time.
I would be more than happy to help you interpret your military ancestor's service records along with any other relevant military records.
